I am honestly gonna have to voice my opinion here and this is as an impartial party seeing as how I don't really give a rat **** about either of these teams but, Dirk I am happy for. Now for the issue I see. I have never in 29 years of watching basketball seen a more skewed and faulted officiated series and playoffs. I feel that this solidifies what is wrong with the NBA and why it will continue to lose fans. The disparity along with the admitted fixing of games by referee Tim D. shows me that the game is ruined. I completely have lost respect for the league and its powers after having seen this finals as well as playoffs. College basketball will now become my mecaa of basketball. Is it true that Lebron played like ****? Absolutely. Did Dirk play well enough to win? Yes. BUT ! The officiating was horrendous. This is embarrassing and for those that are true basketball gurus this should serve as the beginning of the end of this great league. This is a sad day in basketball. Naismith I'm sure is rolling in his grave sadly seeing what a corrupt league this has become. What a shame. Say goodbye to fans everywhere slowly NBA because you have truly become a joke of a league. Question about 'tracer fire' used in Apocalyse Now?

In the film Apocalyse Now, a patrol boat carrying the cast and camera crew comes under fire from the river bank. I dont know what haircut to get?

ok. I'm 17 and male. I currently have long hair that I flip to the right. I'm seeing more and more of my friends go for the shorter haircuts nowadays and I think I might want to try it. Problem W/ local theater, some insight?

I'm going to apologize right now for the length of this one. Okay, so the story goes my brother wqas crazy shy, but he found this little tiny theater program that put on plays in this 10 by 10 foot theater, and my brother found his love for drama in it, along with his confidance. A few more people join the theater, along with some parents, it gets a little bigger and they move to aan old movie theater, where they keep on putting on productions, the parents run the concessions and the place starts making a hundred bucks or so on every show they put on, the community is good with it.It is a volenteer program, and some realy great kids join, like my bother to find their confidance, and do. Then a pair of really creepy adults Join. The theater was started by Chuck and megan, who are very nice, but have no creep-o-meter what so ever. Creepy guy # one takes over tech stuff, and brings with him a bunch of creepy 15 year old kids who do tech as well, it starts to change the feel of the theater a little, but not bad since they were behind the scenes, problem being if you were to volenteer to do tech now, you had to pass creepy guy's assesment of you, and you haad no choice but to work with his set of obnoxious creeples. Now creepy guy # 2 shows up. He is a rich old dude, and he starts taking over concessions, what were chips and candy are now candy bar and wine. A kid is charged twice as much for a candy bar as an adult girl is. His little set of sluts starts hanging out smoking in front of the theater, getting rid of the family feel of the theater completly. Creepy guy # 2 starts calling it his theater, and now almost all of the good kids that were in the program have now dropped out because of the 2 creepy guys. Now, creepy guy #1 drops away from the theater because Chuck and megan get mad at him, taking with him the house crew, all the lights that the theater owned, and rocky. This was the first move in the right direction for the theater. Now, here is where my brother offers to run the theater for the next year, do the bills and such for them, and I offer to take over tech for them. I know this seems like we were offering to replace creeepy guy one, but our intentions are simply to help the theater, and we are not aiming for a monoply over the theater like they are. When my bro and I told chuck and megan that we would like to step in, they said yes, certainly. And we told them, along w/ several members of the community, that creepy guy needed to go, along with his alcohol and smoking sluts, and they said that they didn't think it would be that big a deal if creepy guy # 2 stayed. Now, my brother graduates highschool, and having planned on working at the theater for a year, he has nothing to do, and is somewhat up a creek with out a paddle because he had always planned on doing this. The theater is falling apart and becoming an eyesore because chuck and megan won't work on it, an dall the while I have been watching from the sidelines, and now I'm wondering what I Should do. I feel like chuck and megan might listen to me, but not if I'm a lone voice. My brother has tried to tell them about their problems too, but we aren't enough. Emotional abusive stepfather?

My childhood was plagued with physical/emotional abuse, my adolescence was plague with sexual harrassment/more emotional abuse, and now, as a 20 year old, still living at home when I'm not away at school, I am plagued with nothing but the most horrendous emotional abuse. Ok so my mom is a 'hoarder', she isnt nearly ad bad as the ones you see on tv but she is bad enough to where we cant have people over (ranging from friends to even someone to fix our air conditioning). My mom is known for her mood swings ( well known only amongst my family) she can one day be the funniest, sweetest person and the next day be saying how horrible you are. My dad is the best, he realizes how she is and he is my best friend, but there is not much we can do because she gets furious at the idea of us getting a cleaning crew in the house. My dad has to get knee surgery this fall but he can't make any headway on it until the house is cleaned ( because of the recovery process and nurses coming to our house) My mom and dad don't get along so that's why she isn't cleaning the house for his well being. I know my dad has to get this surgery and I'm willing to have my mom mad at me for his health. My dad and I were thinking of sending my mom and sister (who agrees with us) on a trip this summer and while they are gone getting a cleaning Crew in the house. Do you think it's worth it? Ok, so I have a secret. I think about it everyday. I need some advice on what the right thing to do is. Weaning off of Klonopin?

I have been on 0.5mg of Klonopin twice a day one in the morning and one at night, so I have been taking 1mg total a day for about 4 months now every day. I am currently on Zoloft that I will remain on because it is helping. I called and talked to my Dr this morning to find out how she wants me too wean off and she said for me too start taking just one a day at night for two weeks. So that will be going from 1mg a day to just 0.5 a day for two weeks. Then she wants me too call her back in two weeks. I am assuming that she will want me to start halving the 0.5 in about two week and just take 0.25 for two weeks maybe? Does this seem like a safe way of getting off of the Klonopin? My DR is very good and has not steered me wrong yet, but just want to make sure that this is safe. She said I have not been on a high dose for a long time so I should be fine when it comes to withdraws. Is there anyone that has been through this or someone experienced that could answer this question? I just want to make sure I'm doing it right and safe.

What is it with music these days that people even think is 'artful' or 'good'?

People in today's society generally like things that give them quick satisfaction. That means music that has a catchy tune and songs that they like on the first listen. Also, it is known as "cool" to have sex and get drunk and party, and it is cool to listen to music about it. If a boy was caught having an ipod full of lovey dovey songs that people would categorize as faminine, his friends would make fun of him. The bottom line is that songs that really do have meaning (but also sound good because that is important too) are the ones that last through the decades. The ones with auto tune and focus on sex and dirty dancing only last like three years max and are replaced with other songs just like it.

I completely have lost respect for the league and its powers after having seen this finals as well as playoffs. College basketball will now become my mecaa of basketball. Is it true that Lebron played like ****? Absolutely. Did Dirk play well enough to win? Yes. BUT ! The officiating was horrendous. I'm serious...all of these questions and things you're thinking about...no pretending...just lay it all out in front of Him. Where can I get commanly used hand signals used to direct heavy duty trucks into a work zone?

I need to know what the common hand signals are to direct trucks, such as a gomaco or gravel truck into and out of a construction zone. For example, turnaround, back in, bear left or right. The signals a trucker may use to inform the flagger of what he is doing or what a flagger or spot person would use to direct truck drivers etc. I am a flagger and direct common traffic. I do this mostly with a stop/slow sign and occasionally with simple hand signals like stop. I am also responsible for directing the trucks entering and leaving the work zone. I understand this is a spot persons responsibility not mine, but since I started a month ago I have been the only one responsible. No one has showed me what the hand signals are even though they use them to alert me and they expect me to know and use them as well. I'd love to be able to sing well. I've never had any professional vocal training though. I used to have a good voice when I was young. People used to comment often. I also was in a couple musical/theatrical performance but I never had any main roles. (I was always put into Soprano parts.) I think if the girl was aware of his situation, she'd be a lot more open to it than if she didn't know. If she didn't know, she might think that he was being rude or cold. The girl that was flirting with him probably thought he was rejecting her, even if that really wasn't his intentions. I think you should talk to the other guys that were bothering them and tell them to let up, it probably didn't help the sitution any. In the future, if something like this happens, maybe you should step in and be like the "middle man." last night I had a dream that I was with 3 female friends as we went to a boys house in a street that was very familiar to me. Are Septic Tanks really that bad for the environment?

A few months ago we had to have our septic Tank replaced and whenever the crew came out they dug out around the tank and then they picked it up with their crane and then just dumped it out in the yard and used their tools and spread the sludge around the yard and then they said just wait a while and this will make your grass grow great and sure enough a month later the grass was so green and thick and nice, which makes me think if they just dumped that stuff out then how is a septic tank so horrible for the environment? These guys were professionals too, they dig out and put in tanks five days a week all year long all over this state and others, They had cranes and a ton of equipment and were done in just a couple hours, and the only damage done was the hole that they had to refill for the tank.

Problem w/ local theater, some insight?

I'm going to apologize right now for the length of this one. Okay, so the story goes my brother wqas crazy shy, but he found this little tiny theater program that put on plays in this 10 by 10 foot theater, and my brother found his love for drama in it, along with his confidance. A few more people join the theater, along with some parents, it gets a little bigger and they move to aan old movie theater, where they keep on putting on productions, the parents run the concessions and the place starts making a hundred bucks or so on every show they put on, the community is good with it.It is a volenteer program, and some realy great kids join, like my bother to find their confidance, and do. Then a pair of really creepy adults Join. The theater was started by Chuck and megan, who are very nice, but have no creep-o-meter what so ever. Creepy guy # one takes over tech stuff, and brings with him a bunch of creepy 15 year old kids who do tech as well, it starts to change the feel of the theater a little, but not bad since they were behind the scenes, problem being if you were to volenteer to do tech now, you had to pass creepy guy's assesment of you, and you haad no choice but to work with his set of obnoxious creeples. Now creepy guy # 2 shows up. He is a rich old dude, and he starts taking over concessions, what were chips and candy are now candy bar and wine. A kid is charged twice as much for a candy bar as an adult girl is. His little set of sluts starts hanging out smoking in front of the theater, getting rid of the family feel of the theater completly. Creepy guy # 2 starts calling it his theater, and now almost all of the good kids that were in the program have now dropped out because of the 2 creepy guys. Now, creepy guy #1 drops away from the theater because Chuck and megan get mad at him, taking with him the house crew, all the lights that the theater owned, and rocky. This was the first move in the right direction for the theater. Now, here is where my brother offers to run the theater for the next year, do the bills and such for them, and I offer to take over tech for them. I know this seems like we were offering to replace creeepy guy one, but our intentions are simply to help the theater, and we are not aiming for a monoply over the theater like they are. When my bro and I told chuck and megan that we would like to step in, they said yes, certainly. And we told them, along w/ several members of the community, that creepy guy needed to go, along with his alcohol and smoking sluts, and they said that they didn't think it would be that big a deal if creepy guy # 2 stayed. Now, my brother graduates highschool, and having planned on working at the theater for a year, he has nothing to do, and is somewhat up a creek with out a paddle because he had always planned on doing this. I saw this site called bestgore. My friend was looking stuff up and laughing at it and i made the mistake of looking. Basically, the site has real pictures of dead bodies. I love not having any connection to people. Most people are liars and full of complete sh*t anyway. This is not my fault, it's just what I have experienced! Is it sour stomach when your burps smell worse then farts?

My burps are horrendous. The taste in my mouth isn't pleasant but the smell that others can smell when standing several feet away is worse than a fart. What is going on and what can I take or do to get rid of it? I would vote for waiting until your finish your residency. Going through a medical residency program is extremely stressful and to combine that with being a newlywed who is having to live apart from your husband would make things more difficult. The first few years in a marriage are stressful as well. You'll need to be together to learn how to live as husband and wife successfully and negotiate the ups and downs that comes with marriage. Three years sounds like such a long time right now but it will go by in a flash as busy as you will be. At 25, you don't yet need to be worrying about ticking clocks. It sounds like you are two intelligent, level headed young people and I'm sure you can make it work for a couple more years.

I am a 16 year old overweight male. For a while I have been having minor stomach pains, headaches and trouble sleeping but recently it has gotten much worse. I was in a car accident on april 30. I am not at fault. The other person had Esurance. I had to wait until Monday to get a hold of an agent of theirs to process a claim. I also went to urgent care and had four x-rays, an EKG and a shot of muscle relaxers. The pain pills they prescribed me I had an allergic reaction to and did not take any more. I missed two days at my main job and because I do not have a job, I missed two weeks at my part time job. I deliver pizza and need a car to do that. I can't do that with a rental. Company policy. They are offering me $1000 in medical and lost wages. I still do not have a car so I asked for an extension. They gave me until Saturday. I feel that they are low balling me on everything so I halve yet go agree on anything. I eve not been able to get a bill from the urgent care yet and esurance keeps saying if it is under $1000 they will only give me what the bill is worth nothing else. They keep acting as if I already agreednto everything. What are my options? Should I get a lawyer? Is what they are doing legal?

My dog wont walk go for a walk?

Ever since bonfire night last year my dog hasn't wanted to go on walks, sometimes, other times he will go fine. He is a two and a halve year old Cocker Spaniel, who used to go out 3 times a day, now he's struggling to get one. He will go on the garden fine and play around but most of the time when you put his harness and lead on he wont walk out the door or gate. Ike Davis is now out for another 3 weeks at least. This year they've had 6 starters on the DL, and last year there was about the same, and then the horrendous 2009 season where it seemed like anyone who played an inning for them the entire season ended up on the 15 day disabled list.
