How would the English people feel if Swansea won the Premiership?

Now that Swansea are in the English Premiership its possible some rich American or Arab might decide to pump a whole lot of money into them. How would the English people take it if a Welsh team was crowned champions of England? The English national team is horrendous but if a Welsh team won the English Premiership would that be the biggest humiliation of all?
