What railroad is best to work for? ?

I am looking into being an engineer when I graduate high school or anything for the railroad do that matter and I was wondering which railroad would be best? I like norfork southern because they are close, so is csx, which ive head isn't good, but I wouldn't mind Amtrak. It would require me to move but if it had more structural hrs then I'd deffantaly look into it. Any information by crews on railroads or family's will be helping. Also hrs and time off and pay would also help decide which railroad. Thanks
