Destined to be single for life?

One bad experience shouldn't keep you from your goal of finding someone to love,in today society I blame Jersey shore btw as i was saying it seems all men and even women now all they want is too hit and quit what the hell is wrong with getting to know someone like for instance there childhood-dreams,friends and family what happened to old fashioned dating. I blame Jersey shore,mtv,britney spears, and texting especially texting in my days when guys like you they want to hear the sound of your voice not read your texts with those weird punctuations marks you people call faces,I want to see your face not you draw me one. Sorry for the ranting but I had to get my point across.
