When is there the least traffic in downtown Los Angeles on weekdays?

well its really hard to answer a question like that because there is always traffic how ever sometimes there could be alot of traffic and still running smooth or there could be traffic and you can get stuck going 15 mph for miles. it also has to do with the weather, car accidents ect.
