A hairdresser messed up dying my hair and dyed it three times!! I ended up with 3 different colours.?

I ended up with 3 colours and a really really sore head - scalp It had been washed 5 times and dried or more and now i need to re do and am really concerned as my hair is really dry. So d despite the refund i eventually got its not on they have done this to others!!! I live in a small town and they are getting away with increasing prices after hair done and making horrendous mistakes i want to sue!
